I teach T'ai Chi & Chi Kung locally to where I live in Bradley, North Yorkshire, UK. I also give Reflexology treatments.
There are weekly classes in Keighley, Ilkley, Barnoldswick and monthly classes in Skipton. I also run retreats locally and in Ardnamurchan, west Scotland, allowing nature to show us the way :)
I offer 1-2-1 sessions in the T'ai Chi, giving focussed support for emotional, physical, mental and spiritual balance and growth. What does this mean? I support my students acheive their potential, teaching simple exercises to address every-day circumstances.
