The centre runs classes 6 days per week with teachers from various Yoga backgrounds. Classes are suitable for beginners to all levels, including pre-natal. Occasional family Yoga classes are conducted.
The studio also provides an ideal space for workshops and conferences. Catering can be arranged, specialising in wholefoods.
