We offer strength and conditioning training in a group setting. Workouts (WODs) are offered Monday - Friday at 5:30 am, 11:30 am - 1 pm and 5 - 7 pm. Our coaches are CrossFit Level 1 and USA Weightlifting Level 1 trainers, they will teach you movements and will be with you through the WOD to offer encouragement and make sure that you're performing the movements safely & correctly.
Your first couple workouts with us are totally free. Monthly rates are $45 or $60, depending on how often you would like to workout with us.

I attended massage school at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, Colorado. I started my own practice here in Kansas in 2014. I feel that massage is a powerful tool to transform more than just pain. The benefits of massage are vast and that's why my practice is an integrated approach. Every person is different and has different needs.
