Our bodies are the best tools we have to serve the Lord and to love others, and that is why we strive to be healthy & whole!

We have an AWESOME community of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels! Everyone is welcome!! Our easy to follow routines include modifications and we challenge you while encouraging you to take it at your own pace!

We're stay-at-home moms who love the Lord and have found our calling in teaching fitness classes.

Rev Fit: Dance-fitness style class with awesome music and a welcoming atmosphere! You'll work hard, but won't know it because you're having so much FUN!

Rev Strength: Strength/cardio blend class. Bring a yoga mat/towel & light hand weights (optional)! Every class is different, but will strengthen your entire body!

Rev Boot Camp - 6am sessions Mon/Wed/Fri
