Route 20 Fitness is the southtowns premiere boot camp and weight loss center. Our workouts challenge your body every time, burn twice the fat of the conventional workout and get you FIT faster than you ever thought possible.

Route 20 Fitness was founded in 2014 with the intention of bringing a new kind of fitness facility into the area. We offer group classes for all levels of fitness; whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro our workouts will challenge you and get you the results you need WITHOUT pushing you to the point of exhaustion or pain. All classes are 45 minutes long and consist of a 10-15 min warm up, 20 minutes of intense fat burning interval training and 10 minutes of our "core work cool down".
