Adult Kickboxing - Beginners - Mondays and Wednesdays 7-8pm
-This class focuses on the basics of Kickboxing. It is always a good workout with something different every class. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS Ages 18+
Kids Kickboxing - All levels - Monday & Wednesdays 5:45-6:45pm
-This class is for kids age 10-18, all fitness levels, no experience required
Womens Only Kickboxing - Tuesdays at 5:45-6:30pm
- This class is strictly for the ladies! All fitness levels, no experience required. There will be no sparring in this class. Ages 14+
Family Class - Thursdays 5:45-6:30pm
-This class is for adults and their kids! All fitness levels, no experience required. Good for the family with a busy schedule! There will be no sparring in this class. Ages 7+
Intermediate/Advanced - Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:45-8:15
-This class is for experienced students of all ages, members will need some experience for this class. Fighters will be required to attend this class. Ages 13+
Little Kicks Age 4-6 - Sundays at 12-12:45pm
-No experience required. There is no sparring in this class. Focus on basic movements, basic kickboxing techniques, listening and discipline.
Little Kicks Age 7-9 - Sundays 1-2pm
-No experience required. Focus on Kickboxing techniques, listening and discipline.
All classes are open for registration throughout the year. There is no start and end date. Experience is NOT required for all classes except for the Intermediate/Advanced class.
FIRST CLASS IS ALWAYS FREE!!!
Pricing:
2 Classes or more/week $60 due on the 1st of each month
1 Class/week $40 due on the first of each month
Kids age 4-9 $30 due on the first of each month
We have all required equipment for sale. Equipment is required upon registration.
Equipment pricing:
Package $120.00 - this includes 16oz Gloves, Shin Guards, Hand Wraps and a T-Shirt OR $130.00 with shorts instead of T-shirt
