Our new office is located The Hive, (a co-working community) in Downtown Canon City, CO 729 Main st. Hours are limited (for now) but available by appointment!
Sacred spaces can be created anywhere! We spent most of 2016 traveling as a nomad family but settled back in Colorado. We bought 35 acres to start/build a Permaculture/retreat center.
As the garden grows, Lesley is working on building her practice as a Medicine Woman, a wise-WILD-woman, a modern mystic who is deeply tied to ancient wisdom.
She serves wild women! Her clients have momentarily lost themselves and now her whole health is suffering...Mental, physical, emotional AND spiritual. She wants divinity, vibrancy and to be apart of a conscious living movement!
Lesley guides her back to nature, ancestry practices, holistic health and HERSELF! Lesley helps her cultivate and expand her inner wise-WILD woman (even if she don’t know what that means yet) and connect to her highest self through all things earth: herbal medicine, food, sustainable living, and yoga.
Sacred Spaces is about co creating with you so you can tap back into divine love, to connect to self, nourish your health and most importantly to bring joy into your life. Either through yoga classes, herbal medicine or the creation of a personalized plant sanctuary or coaching services.
Lesley believes herbal medicine and yoga is for everyone. She believes in taking control of your own health. A strong belief that having faith in plant medicine and yoga can connect you to something deeper than yourself. Lesley wants to help people create the lifestyle of their dreams through yoga and plant medicine. She believes that when you take care of yourself you become more connected to your intuition and able to know what the right path is for you!
Lesley specializes in herbs for anxiety and depression, sleep issues, pregnancy and postpartum issues, yoga: for anxiety/depression, mom and me, vinyasa, and prenatal. She found a unique way to combine her services as a medicine woman.
