I have been somewhat obsessed with crystals since I purchased my first Rose Quartz tube stone at the age of 12. There was something vaguely comforting about that stone that was like a big hug; especially when all the teenage hormones hit at the age of 13!
I've always been sensitive to energies and knew from an early age that if I hurt myself it would 'feel better' if I placed my hands on the 'hurt'. All aspects of the esoteric enthralled me and still do but especially healing energies and how they can help humans and animals. I would regularly use Reiki and Crystals to help my mare, Willow, who was diagnosed with melanoma from an early age.
8 years ago I made the decision to begin my Reiki path and two year's later I qualified as both a Degree 2 Practitioner and Degree 3 Master Teacher. At the same time I qualified as a Level 2 Practitioner in Crystal Healing. My then career path prevented me from moving further until 18 months ago I took the leap to go self employed and follow my dreams of working as an Energy Healer and Massage Therapist.
The last 18 months has been an incredible roller coaster of developing my skills, learning new ones and getting my business up and running. I now offer Reiki to humans, horses and animals as a triple Reiki Master, several massage therapies for humans, aromatherapy plus workshops on Crystal Healing and Reiki attunement courses.
I have now qualified as an Advanced Crystal Healing Practitioner (Level 3) after training with Philip Permutt; I'm possibly the only Level 3 practitioner in North Devon!
There is lots more to come and I'm so excited to share this all with clients old and new.
