CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. CrossFit specializes in not specializing and focuses on improving your weaknesses and become stronger and better in every aspect of life. CrossFit is a community where clients are considered athletes despite their background. CrossFit is unique in the fact that all classes will be overseen by at least one Certified CrossFit Coach who teaches and overseas a different and high intensity W.O.D. (work out of the day) and is available as a personal trainer to encourage, challenge and ensure all movements are performed properly and to the best of your ability. CrossFit as a fast growing worldwide affiliate is very excited about becoming a part of the Searcy community and helping provide something new, challenging and life changing physically, mentally and spiritually.
