Setanta Fitness was incorporated in 2010 and is owned by Tom Gribben and Sarah Connolly who are both highly qualified post graduate coaches in the areas of Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition and fundamentally believe in a philosophy for Setanta that is underpinned by Movement and Wellness. #MoveWell @ Setanta Fitness
Movement connects the dots of our long term athlete development plan introducing youths from the ages of 4 to the fundamentals of movement through Gymnastics and our school and youth teams programme, “FUNctional kids”, right through to our elite Strength and Conditioning and Yoga Specialisms for our adult athletes, teams and members.
Wellness is at the core of our commercial and nutritional offering to our gym members, personal training clients, Waist Warriors and Wellness at Work programme with the aim of supporting changes in healthy lifestyles and habits.
We currently have two sites, one in Ballygawley Co Tyrone and one in Tullygoonigan Industrial Estate, Moy Road Armagh.

Gym - 3000sq ft gym with commercial cardio and gym equipment
Performance Centre - 7000sq ft with 30 Mtr indoor running track, 8 Lifting Platforms, 15,000 sq ft grass area
Gymnastics Club - Tuesday / Wednesday and Saturdays
Classes - Bootcamps both male and female, Kettlebells and Yoga and Mystery Classes
Personal Training - 1 to 1 and small group training
