The Rec also offers many recreational programs to SIUC Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni, and the Community including:
Intramural Sports, Lifelong Leisure, Outdoor Pursuits for trips, clinics and outdoor equipment rental, Aquatics, Accessible & Inclusive Recreation (AIR), Group Fitness Classes, Sport Clubs, Youth Programs, International Student Recreation, & more!
