We encourage a connection to the earth by tuning into her cycles and connecting to earth-based healing traditions that include local plants as medicine.

We foster a connection to each other by weaving a web of sisterhood that is supportive and non-competitive, one that builds connections between women of all backgrounds, faiths, colors, shapes and sizes.
Southeast Wise Women evolved out of Red Moon Herbs -- a sister herbal medicine business -- over the last two decades to offer these much-loved programs in herbal education for women.
Founder and Director Corinna Wood lives at Earthaven Ecovillage in Black Mountain, North Carolina, where the Southeast Wise Women offices are based. Most of the organization’s staff also live and work within the extended Earthaven community.
