Stark Total Body Fitness is a one stop shop for all your fitness needs. We have all the cardio, weight, and circuit equipment that you need. Along with tanning, massage, dry sauna, an indoor walking track, Zumba, Muscle Confusion, Spinning, Yoga, Step it up, Pilates (all taught by certified instructors in our 1200 square foot aerobics room and another dedicated Spinning room), showers and lockers in the bathrooms. Free child care for all members while you work out/massage/tan! We will have a coffee kiosk with complimentary coffee all day, every day. We also offer a full line of supplements and tanning lotions for purchase at the pro shop. We are also the new home for Arsenal Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Nova Uniao Team jiu jitsu taught by Nova Uniao brown belt Sam Burns and his team of instructors.
