Are you curious about our name? I was looking for a name that I thought was unique but also representing what I think CrossFit does for the world.
Swage- is a tool used by metal workers, for bending cold metal to a required shape.
We are looking at helping people shape their bodies and minds while enhancing their lives through the CrossFit experience.
