Our sessions are designed to be loads of fun, and with our expert guidance, encouragement, motivation and experience, Our fully qualified fitness trainers can help you achieve and maintain your health, fitness, nutritional goals and re-energise your life.

PERSONAL TRAINING
One-on-one personal training sessions are a great motivation to keep you striving towards your health and fitness goals.
TBPTS one-on-one sessions are tailored towards the individual. Each session is dedicated completely to you and to helping you get closer to how you want to feel, how you want to look, what you want to achieve.
Starting with a one-on-one assessment, we will work with you not only to reach your goal, but to give you the passion to reach your goal. Progress will be assessed along the way and your program will be developed with you only in mind.

GROUP TRAINING
Group training is lots of fun, challenging, professional and affordable.
These sessions are programmed for your individual needs and goals whilst training in a group environment.
Train indoors or outdoors with a group of 2 to 8 people. These sessions are very unique and are made to suit everyone.

BOOTCAMP
TBPTS'S bootcamp sessions are high energy, challenging, fun, demanding, enjoyable…all at the same time!
With no session the same as the next, you’ll get a mix of cardio and resistance work outs with everything from boxing to circuits, stair running and body weight training.

MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING
Tathra Beach Personal Training Studio is now offering mobile PT sessions.
I will provide the convenience of running you through a fitness session in a place that suits you most, weather it be in your backyard, local park, workplace, with friends or a nearby beach.

Over 50's & Active Older Adults Bootcamp
It's more fun in a group. TBPTS active older adults bootcamp sessions are rewarding, low intensity and lots of fun for anyone 40 plus.
Meet new friends, have a laugh, and enjoy the outdoors, all whilst getting fit.

PRE & POST NATAL FITNESS
Having a baby is up there as one of the best events of life, but for some mums-to-be and new mums it can also be an emotional and confusing time when it comes to health and body image.We all hope and pray we will grow a perfect baby bump, with no unnecessary gained weight that will see us triple in size in nine months! But in reality this can be hard to manage with all the other elements that come with being pregnant or having a baby.Your health is highly important both pre and post natal and regular exercise has had proven benefits on pregnancy and post birth. Being pregnant certainly isn’t the time to start setting fitness goals of running a marathon, but regular exercise will help promote the health of you and bump, as well as helping with positive body image.

SPORTS SPECIFIC
If you’re up for a challenge and idea of running a fun run, a half marathon, or a full marathon are on your ‘to do before I die’ list, sport specific interval training will help get you there faster and stronger.
Specifically planned for speed, power and technique, interval training pushes you hard, but sees great results. You don’t have to be super fit to take part, you just need a little bit of passion to succeed at an event… and theres no bigger buzz than witnessing your hard training work pay off when you cross the finish line of the big race you had your sights set on.

BRIDE 2 BE BOOTY CAMP
Lets be honest, who doesn’t want to look HOT for their wedding day? And guys, you can answer “yes” too!
TBPTS offers goal specific training to brides-to-be and grooms-to-be to have you looking and feeling amazing for the big day. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or simply look your absolute best, we will set a plan in place to get you there. Come along as a one-on-one, a two-on-one with each other, a bridesmaid or anyone else key to your special day, or get a group of all of the above together to keep each other motivated and on task for ‘project wedding’!
