WHAT IS THE BONEYARD?!
First and foremost, we're a genuine fitness community and unlike any other. We started in a single car garage in 2013 with the idea that fitness could be more than working out, but also a culture and a family for people to become part of. We believe firmly in the value of social connection and interaction in terms of athletic performance and recovery. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. It's a program that's biased toward the training of your mind to overcome physical challenges. Our specialty is not specializing and to "Cross-Train" or train multiple disciplines to perform better in and get the most out of your daily life. This style of training is for everyone... regardless of the population demographic you belong to.
The Boneyard is a program designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience or lack thereof. Our daily programming is designed by CrossFit L1 Trainers with furthered education experience/certifications in CrossFit Strongman, CrossFit Endurance and CrossFit Kids.
An emphasis on constantly varied daily programming, high-intensity functional movements, Boneyard training philosophy coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a challenging yet accepting and encouraging environment.
