Break a serious sweat, release some toxins, and get ready for a total mind/body/soul experience in a hot yoga setting. Beautiful zen-like studio also offers Barre classes and Massage Services.

Hot yoga is performed between 85-100 degrees, so bring a towel with you! Specifically, we teach Power Vinyasa Yoga styles. The hot setting allows for a deeper stretch and a facilitated calorie burn. Our environment is perfect for all ages and although challenging, anyone can participate. New clients may try us out for 14 days for $20!

Class Descriptions:

SLOW FLOW (SF): Flow through a series of asanas vinyasa style, connecting each movement with the breath. "Vinyasa" in Sanskrit means "connection," or connecting the movement of the body with the flow of the breath. All levels welcome. Typically 1 hour - 1 hour 15 min. Slow flow focuses on lengthy holds (5-10 breaths per pose) and smooth transitions. All levels welcome! Room temp is not hot, typically around 75 degrees.

FIRE FLOW (FF): Flow through a series of asanas vinyasa style, connecting each movement with the breath. "Vinyasa" in Sanskrit means "connection," or connecting
the movement of the body with the flow of the
breath. Intermediate to advanced levels. Typically 1 hour - 1 hour 15 min. Fire flow focuses on faster paced transitions from asana to asana (pose to pose), utilizes pulsing, and encourages calorie burn! Room temp is heated between 85-100 degrees

Deep Stretch: Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. They are also designed to improve the flow of qi, the subtle energy said in Chinese medicine to run through the meridian pathways of the body. Improved qi flow is hypothesized to improve organ health, immunity, and emotional well-being. A more meditative approach to yoga, Yin aims at cultivating awareness of one's inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. Classes are NOT HOT.

Power Hour (P): Jammed packed one hour power yoga class. fitness based approach to vinyasa yoga. A vigorous style focused on strength and flexibility that incorporates
functional movements. Each class is totally different and challenging. Be prepared to sweat in this hot yoga class! ALL CLASSES ARE HOT.


Restorative (R): In restorative yoga, props are used to support the body so that you can hold poses for longer, allowing you to open your body through passive stretching. The postures are usually adapted from supine or seated yoga poses with the addition of blocks, bolsters, and blankets to eliminate unnecessary straining.

Restorative classes are perfect for anyone and compliment other forms of rigorous practice or athletics. Get ready to deeply relax! Classes 1 hour and 30 minutes. These classes are NOT HOT.


GENTLE YOGA (G): Generally speaking, gentle-style yoga attempts to serve a variety of distinct needs: people with movement limitations, or profound stiffness due to lack of activity; relief from disabilities and chronic conditions e.g., arthritis, back pain and other musculo-skeletal issues; recovery from surgery, illness or injury; for seniors, new practitioners, women who are pregnant and those seeking stress-reduction or weight management. A gentle yoga approach has even been found to be an important compliment in programs to reverse heart disease or provide relief from the challenging conditions of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, as well as mood disorders. (NOT HOT)
