My philosophy is that taking a pill removes us from the healing process and by tasting our medicine it invokes much more healing power in mind and body. Herbs can be tasted through drinking teas, taking them in powder form directly in the mouth, in food and blended in drinks. They can be taken as an extract in alcohol, glycerin, vinegar, and can even be applied externally for our skin to absorb. There are many subtle benefits to having a stronger connection to your own healing process. Now is a good time to start!
Jaime Brennan, owner, has studied under Rosemary Gladstar and has operated Tranquility Herbals since 2009. She is Reiki I and II certified and enjoys making her products with “loving” hands! Jaime is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is excited to add all she has learned to helping YOU find Tranquility!
