United Training Center Description
United Training Center is a modern Mixed Martial Arts facility. We do not have a belt system, but rather a more realistic approach. Our mission is to educate and empower individuals to optimize their fitness goals.
Each class is designed to give you a full body workout while teaching you techniques that could potentially save your life. We are a motivational and confidence building atmosphere and we help our members to do things they NEVER thought they could do!
Our facility helps you increase athletic performance, build lean muscle and improve your overall health. We have classes for ALL levels from beginners to professionals.

Mat Space- 3000 sq. ft with 36ft. padded wall
20ft. Circular cage. Great for competition training
Bags- 12 Thai bags + 4 specialty bags
4 Monster Tires, 6 plyometric jump boxes, several TRX style fitness bands, rings, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands & foam rollers
20ft. monkey bars including a ninja Arm Bike, Salmon latter, Peg board
2 climbing ropes and one 30ft battle rope
36ft zip line. Kids and adults love it!
Weight Room- 800 sq. feet including 2 squat racks, Olympic style bumper plates, Cable cross over machine, Treadmill, 3 bikes, , dumbbells, pull-up bars, Rock climbing, and more.
