Our mission is to create a space that people feel safe, to not only be themselves but to push beyond their own limiting beliefs, to take inspired action and discover what they are truly capable of.

Exercise is more than a physical activity, it has the ability to change your physiological and emotional state, and that has the ability to change your life. It all starts with a goal, a compelling reason ‘why’ and then the belief that you can achieve it.. once you have that you are half way there. The positive Vibe people talk about may have started with us but it continues to grow and expand every day through our members. They bring the upbeat energy, the warm smiles, the social interactions and ultimately help us to create a community that welcomes everyone no matter what gender, fitness level, ethnicity, weight or size.

We pride ourselves on being an inclusive, non-intimidating 24-hour gym and love sharing our knowledge on exercise & positive mindset strategies to help you achieve results. Our facilities are modern and clean, and include the worlds #1 brand of fitness equipment (Life Fitness/Hammer Strength). We offer Personal Training as well as fun and interactive Small Group Training sessions, including Metafit HIIT and Boxfit.

Memberships:
Start from just $12.95 per week! No joining fees, no contract and only a once off $25 access key fee.

Mon 6:30am - 10:30am & 2:30pm - 8:30pm
Tues 2:30pm-8:30pm
Wed 2:30pm-8:30pm
Thur 2:30pm-8:30pm
Fri 10:30pm-2:30pm
Sat 9am-1pm
Sun/Public Hol Unstaffed
