Victory MMA Schedule: Mon: BJJ 815PM Tue: Kickboxing 815PM Wed: Wrestling 7pm Thr: Sparring 7pm Sat: Circuit Training 10am Boxing: Mon-Fri 6am, 10am, 6pm




Classes involve training in both stand up techniques, and specific emphasis on ground grappling, and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You can expect to be a little tired after your first workout, but it's your first step to getting into the best shape of your life.
