Taking care of 'the self' is the most important role in life.
Taking care of the self means sometimes instead of always doing, simply being!
Hence I wanted to create a retreat to give you the chance to being a 'healthier happier you'!
After living quite a chaotic rollercoaster life for most of my adult life, then in the past 5 years having the opportunity to run my own business, one thing that has come to light in my own life has been the need to sometimes get away from it all and have time purely for myself.
Being by myself simply means having time away from the day to day of everyday life at home and work and being in an environment where you can simply switch off and instead of doing all the time, simply being!
With all this in mind, what better way to achieve this goal than by getting away to sunnier and warmer climates, enjoying the lovely sceneries and luxuries of our chosen villa (with all the mod cons), being catered for with foods, drinks and snacks that are healthy, nutritious and delicious and having the opportunity to take part in a semi-structured yet relaxing itinerary to benefit the body and mind.
This 6 day (and 5 night) retreat will give YOU time for YOU!
You can enjoy some/all of the following activities:
– cooking demonstrations and workshops
– informative talks and discussions on daily specific subjects around food and health
– meditation classes and movement sessions
– walking in nature
– practising regular mindfulness throughout the day with injections of silence (silent time) and being in the moment
– journaling and reflection time
You will leave feeling refreshed having thoroughly enjoyed some ‘you’ time in magical comfortable settings.
You will also have plenty of ‘free’ time to enjoy the villa and pool, its surroundings as well as the local beach and town.
