Weights for Women has been created to educate and empower women to take control of their health and wellbeing by sharing knowledge via this forum, as well as regular events held at Peak Performance.

This page has been created by Rebecca Walsh-Brown whose passion it is to bring health and wellness into everyone's life, and help them achieve their goals.

Rebecca's sporting background is Tae Kwon Do, which she trained in for 14 years and competed nationally and internationally. Strength & Conditioning has become a huge part of Rebecca's lifestyle for the past 6 years, and last year she competed in UKBFF BodyFitness category, and won her first ever competition.

Rebecca is a fully qualified Physiotherapist and Head of Injury Rehabilitation at Peak Performance, where she works alongside Strength & Conditioning Coaches, Sports Therapists, Massage therapists, Personal trainers and an expert Yoga / Meditation Instructor.
