World Gym Desert Cities is not your typical gym. We like to think of ourselves, staff and members, as an extended family. Often times, gyms are cold, sterile, intimidating, and competitive. At World Gym Desert Cities, we have created a friendly, energetic and supportive environment for fitness enthusiasts of all ages.

Our staff takes tremendous pride in establishing personal connections with each and every member. Upon entry, each member is promptly greeted with a cheerful smile and hello. In fact, our members often remark that their interactions, with the staff and other gym members, are the highlight of their days. Many lifelong friendships have formed on our on gym's floors.

We offer the latest, most current in fitness equipment: Cybex, Hammer Strength, Precor, and a state-of-the art Cardio Theatre. Additionally, we have a fully certified personal training staff for one-on-one training.
