Yass Yoga provides Hatha Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation classes to the Yass Valley. Yass Yoga is for everyone regardless of your shape, age, flexibility or where you are at on your yoga journey. Classes are offered in a nurturing, supportive, kind, fun and professional environment.

Come along and feel connected to a lovely yoga community, feel balanced in your body, mind, emotions and peacefully relaxed to face the challenges of everyday life.

Upfront payment for term 8 weeks $100
Casual $15 per class
Five class pass $65. Can be used for any class, valid for the term

Class Descriptions

General Wellbeing Yoga
This general wellbeing class is suitable for everyone, even beginners. The class is designed to help you relax, stretch, gain strength and flexibility and feel great. You don't need to be fit or supple to gain immediate benefit from this class. Each class will consist of various postures, breathing techniques and finishes with a deep nurturing guided relaxation.

Mindful Yoga and Meditation
This class fuses mindful movement, mindfulness practices, meditation and deep relaxation. Students will learn to connect to the body in a kinder and more conscious manner as they prepare for meditation. A variety of meditations will be included throughout the course. This class is suitable for everyone especially those with an interest in meditation.
