The Yoga and Wellness Centre in Somerset, Ky specializes in private, semi-private, and small group classes. Our classes are uniquely designed by modifying poses to accommodate Everybody. All classes are taught by highly skilled educators who are 200 hour or 500 hour certified and are registered with the Yoga Alliance. At the Yoga and Wellness Centre, your safety is our main priority.

The Yoga and Wellness Centre also offers a Golden Years Yoga Program

*Chair to mat yoga ( Thursday 12:00am to 12:45 p.m.)
Dandelion Children's Program
