FAQ

Q: Do you supply boxing gloves?
A: Yes we have gloves available to use, however bare in mind these have also been used by many people before you. We recommend if your going to stick with boxing that you purchase your own pair of gloves. We have a full range of NZ Boxer gloves available for purchase in the gym.

Q: Do you have child minding?
A: No, and due to Health & Safety regulations we are not permitted to have anyone under the age of 16yrs in the gym or carpark at anytime other than children attending Kids Boxing sessions.

Q: Do you offer a trial period?
A: Yes, we offer a free one week trial come in and try any of our timetable classes for a week. Check out the timetable in our photo albums tab and text - 0211519983 to book a class, all classes must be booked as we take a specific number of people per class.

Q: Is there a fee for cancelling a booked class?
A: Yes the cancellation fees and policy are as follows;

Late cancellation: 2 hours prior to booked session - $15.00
All 5.15am & 6.00am classes must be cancelled before 7.00pm the night before or late cancellation fee will apply.

No show: No text or phone call cancellation - $20.00.

All late cancellation/no show fees are due within 24hrs of the class.

Q: Do I need to book for classes?
A: Yes, all bookings to be made by texting day, time, class and full name to 021-151-9983

Q: Do you send text reminders for bookings?
A: No

Q: Do you have classes for beginners?
A: Our classes suit all levels of fitness. We have a description of our classes in the photos tab. Our advanced class is Dungeon Hardcore we prefer you have some boxing experience or have been attending our Dungeon classes before attending Dungeon Hardcore.

If you are paying our bank account membership, no shows, late cancellation etc. PLEASE can you reference your payments properly. **YOUR NAME** & Cancellation or No Show is not a reference when we have such a large amount of payments coming in.
