Welcome to 3 Degrees, the original infrared sauna studio and the ultimate mind-body solution!
Each of our saunas are in their own private suite with radio and television. You are able to turn them both off and meditate as well should you choose. You have the option of doing your session alone or with a friend!
Each sauna and suite have their own flat screen television that is hooked up to direcTv and linked in so you can listen and watch tv while you relax. You can always bring along your iPod to connect to the speakers in your sauna or listen to the radio.
You can do all this while relaxing your mind and body and helping to detoxify at the cellular level. Burn up to 600 calories, ease chronic pain and tension, boost immunity, rejuvenate your skin, sleep a better night sleep, relieve stress, improve circulation, lower blood pressure, add relief to sinus pressure, increase muscle recovery, and so much more.
Don't forget we have Whole Body Vibration machines here for you to use 10 minutes before your sauna session as well.

At 3 Degrees our only focus is infrared saunas and helping people to feel the best they can.
