Aloha Wellness Center is a unique mind-body-spirit wellness center in downtown Hilo that combines a naturopathic clinic, inn, cafe and community studio.
The charming inn provides a unique place to stay on the eastern side of the island. Vacation and accommodation packages combine detoxification with juicing, raw foods or other therapeutic diets, body and movement classes, ecotherapy and eco-adventures. Optional sessions are naturopathic consultations, counseling and therapy sessions, colon hydrotherapy, nutritional classes and various spa and medical treatments and procedures.
The wellness community is a key component of the center to build a mind-body-spirit community in Hilo. The Aloha Wellness Community holds special events throughout the year and health seminars and expositions. The community studio hosts several classes: meditation, yoga, ecstatic dance, and body and movement. Nutrition and cooking classes are offered and special outpatient programs are held throughout the year. Food is Medicine is the next upcoming seven class series and the next outpatient program, Spring Rejuvenation Workshop.
