B.Bella Hair Design is located in the Koslosky Center in beautiful downtown Palmer, Alaska. B.Bella started as a small, two-chair salon with one hairstylist – me – Betty Pierce – in February 2006.
I moved the salon to the Koslosky Center in the heart of downtown Palmer in 2007 and steadily grew, adding more chairs and stylists. By early 2015 a complete revamp of my life and business was needed and the salon scaled back to three chairs with a slower day-to-day pace. Now an Aveda family salon, we offer Aveda products that were not available in Palmer before this.
The minute you step into B.Bella Hair Design you will feel at home. The salon is a community spot where all are welcome for a good hairstyle, a hug, or just some candy from the candy drawer.

And now a little about me, Betty. I was born and raised in Palmer; I am an Army mom, a mother-in-law, a breast cancer survivor and a grandmother.
My heart is in everything Palmer and the people. It's wonderful to see the town evolving and yet maintaining the community spirit that I remember from back in the day. I love Palmer.
Having survived cancer, I have some idea of the struggles. My chair is open to help others with hair issues during their cancer treatments. Please call for a complementary consultation and/or style with me.
