I am a licensed massage therapist who helps people achieve the level of health and well being they want so they can live the life they want to live.

I believe that everyone deserves to look as good on the outside as they feel on the inside. Therefore, I work with a community of people who address issues affecting peoples health and well being inside and out.

I have been helping people as a massage therapist since 2006. I am currently an associate with Marshalls Creek Chiropractic and Wellness Solutions where I get to work with wonderful doctors and their caring staff. I am certified in a number of techniques including: Swedish Massage, Spinal Reflex Analysis, Releasing the Rotator Cuff, Orthopedic Massage for Cervical Pain and Reiki. I function both as a medical and relaxation massage therapist. Your care is based on your needs at the time of your visit.

I am also a consultant with Isagenix, which is a nutritional company. They have helped me develop a better nutritional lifestyle that supports the life I want to live. I will post information on their products here. If there is something that you feel can help you, I will be happy to get you going in the right direction.

As I find and try products that I find helpful in achieving better health and well being, you will find them posted here as well and where to find and get them for yourself.
