Park Rapids and Perham Tae Kwon Do Schools are owned and operated by 5th Degree Kukkiwon (World Tae Kwon Do Federation) Certified Instructor Master Nick Bretz. Our school has been in continuous operation since 2000. We strive to provide for the whole person -- physical fitness, mental well being and an overall quality of life through the art of Tae Kwon Do, fellowship and working together as a team for the good of our community.
