Microblading is a skill which requires the trained artist to use a manual pen-like tool to deposit colour close to the surface of the skin, creating small natural looking hair strokes which look like real hair.

The technique is highly artistic and must match the natural hair growth of each client. Each customised brow shape and hair stroke is dependent on facial structure and ethnic background.

The procedure is a gentler alternative to semi-permanent pigmentation techniques, since it does not penetrate the Dermis Layer of the skin. The pigment is implanted and applied using fine, crisp, hair strokes closer to the surface of the skin, creating natural looking brows.

The procedure takes 3 hours and retention is based on how well you follow the post procedure after care. It should last for one (1) year, sometimes longer, however a touch up is recommended after 1 year to boost the pigment. Please note that longevity varies with each client’s skin exfoliation process. As the skin goes through its natural renewal process over time the pigment gradually fades.

This new technique is gaining popularity and excellent reviews worldwide; Why? It cosmetically corrects sparse misshaped brows from natural aging, post chemotherapy treatments and Alopecia.
