Formerly an architect, Albert Nichols was inspired to name the company after Elizabeth Wightman, his great-grandmother. In the 1800s, she founded a ranch in the Sierra Nevadas, when neither grace nor style were required or desired.
The expanded elizabethW brand now offers a wide range of gifts - from perfumes to pillow inserts, bath salts to brush bags, silk eye pillows to stylish aprons. Uniquely elizabethW, all items are designed by Albert and created by dedicated artisans, in small batches in the workshop. A truly local company, our artisans live close by and walk to work. We strive to source sustainable, quality ingredients and raw materials alongside the founder’s focus on originality and innovative design.
