We offer medical care for the entire family using conventional and alternative therapies in order to find the treatment plan that works best for you.

Greeneville Integrative Medicine was established by Michelle Dilks, D.O. She is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a residency in family medicine at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA. She has practiced family medicine for more than a decade and completed a fellowship in integrative medicine at the University of Arizona under the guidance of Andrew Weil, M.D. Greeneville Integrative Medicine offers patients extended consultations with a board certified osteopathic physician trained in both conventional medicine and evidence-based complimentary and alternative treatments.
Osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT) is an integral component of treatment at Greeneville Integrative Medicine. OMT involves the diagnosis of illness and injury with hands on evaluation. This treatment encourages your body's natural tendency towards healing. Michelle Dilks, D.O. is currently a board member with the Tennessee Osteopathic Medical Association (TOMA), working to advance osteopathic medicine in our community. She also works closely with Lincoln Memorial University as an adjunct clinical professor for the DeBusk School of medicine, helping to train future osteopathic physicians.
