Our Rhinebeck and Saugerties locations feature state of the art Precor cardio equipment, a functional training and core strength studio, circuit training and free weights, and we have a wide variety of classes to help you achieve your fitness goals.

We offer nutrition consultations, personal training, small group training, unlimited group fitness classes, an incredible cycle program, teen athlete camps, Silver Sneakers for seniors, fitness boot camps, and specialty classes such as Tai Chi and Vinyasa Yoga.
