Massage Therapy:

Each therapy session uses a combination of techniques for a customized massage session for your bodies individual needs. Hot Stone therapy for relaxation and releasing of tension, Swedish Massage for relaxation, Deep Tissue Massage for chronic troubled areas as well as stretching fr increased range of motion.*

30 minute Focused Massage…….$35
60 minute Full Body Massage…..$65
90 minute Full Body Massage…..$95

Reflexology:

Based on the principle that all organs and systems of the body have a corresponding reflex point on the feet. Applying gentle pressure to all reflexes helps to stimulate the body’s natural healing process.*

45 minute session…..$50

Reiki:

Is a gentle system of hands-on healing to support and enhance the life force energy within each of us. Reiki involves the transfer of energy through the practitioner to the client to enhance the body’s natural ability to heal itself through the balancing of energy. Reiki allows healing for the physical, the mental, the emotional and the spiritual body. Reiki is done with the client fully clothed while laying on a massage table or sitting in a chair.*

60 minute session…..$45

CranioSacral Therapy:

Is a hands-on technique that relieves pain and dysfunction within the body to improve health. Using a soft, gentle touch on the skull, spine and pelvis, restrictions are released in the soft tissue that surrounds the Central Nervous System. CranioSacral Therapy is done with the client fully clothed, laying comfortably on a massage table.*

60 minute session…..$65

*The times above are guidelines. Usually I stay with the body until treatment is complete for that healing period, which maybe 5 to 15 minutes longer than the above mentioned time frame. Please let me know in advance if you are on a schedule and I will stay within the allotted time. There is no additional charge for the extra time.
