Simplicity. Sustainability. Connecting with nature and aiming to live a Zero Waste lifestyle. May we leave the world better than how we found it.

After almost a decade in dancing, yoga found me. This is my story.

I started college in 2006, and while studying for my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology my mom recommended I tried yoga classes to calm the mind, reduce stress, and improve strength and flexibility.

I felt the need to continue exercising. One day I bought a fitness DVD and it happened to include a yoga class. Since that moment, I knew I had found my calling. I was in love with yoga!

But very soon after my first at home yoga class, my family experienced a terrible tragedy and my last year of college turned out to be the most challenging one. I continued my studies, managed a tattoo studio full-time, and carried out my educational psychology internship. Nevertheless, I decided to enrol in yoga teacher training to bring balance to my life, and it certainly did!

In 2012, I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Sacred Heart University of Puerto Rico, and became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance and the International Yoga Teacher Association. My life turned around and wonderful things started happening!

That same year I met my husband. In 2013 we moved to Australia and two kids later, I decided that now is the time to share my passion for yoga.

Definitely, yoga helped me overcome very difficult situations, and most importantly turned out to be the light of my soul. I practiced the Yoga Birthing Method during my pregnancies and childbirths.

This yogic lifestyle allows me to juggle two kids, a household, and my studies in yoga and coaching.

In this page you may see my personal journey through yoga as a lifelong learner, and feel my love for the yogic lifestyle through interesting research, ancient texts, and cutting edge discoveries, all while having fun along the way!

Looking forward to meeting you in my yoga class.

Hope you have a fabulous day!
