Hi there, I'm Mikalena Knight.
A few years ago I was in a terrible place where I didn't love and honour myself. I knew I had something great inside of me and a powerful purpose to live but I felt alone, stuck, depressed, angry and had a lot of trauma stored deep within my physical body.
However, in 2014 when I found dōTERRA I started shifting into my authentic self, started uncovering my power and purpose, and began to heal. Now, that path has evolved into a life where I know deep in my heart and soul that my mission and my soul purpose is to empower every single woman (and man) I can touch step into their personal power.
Healing and then expansion is a journey that I call a soul journey and I'm still on it so you will see my joys and my challenges as we journey this together.
I want to show you how to release the trauma, release the story that you aren't good enough, let go of the doubt, the fear and everything that is holding you back.
I want to help you discover your authentic self and help you step into the power that you fear to face so that you can live life as your greatest version of yourself.
I want to create a tribe of empowered women so that we can co-create change in this world. When you shine, you give permission for others to do the same and, I believe that when women support each other and come together we are a force that is f***ing powerful.
I work with the power of essential oils which can support your physical health but also your mind and soul.
I share classes and events that have been created to shift the way you think and feel about yourself.
I am an inspirational speaker that is opening myself up to public events (despite the fears).
And soon I will be offering empowerment coaching which will be personal support for you. I will be someone you can work with at a deep level to shift your mindset and create a new heartset that will return you to the joy that you deserve to live.
I take a holistic approach to my classes, training, mentoring and support. We work on all levels (mind, body and soul) because full joy is something you can only create when you honour and support the 'whole'.
I have been told many many times that I am a powerhouse and so EmpowerHouse was born. I LOVE the word 'empower' because it means 'to give power to someone, to make someone stronger and more confident especially in taking control of their life and claiming their rights'. Isn't that powerful?
