Polercise Ltd. was the first purpose built pole dance studio in Northern Ireland. The studio facilitates weekly exercise classes, as well as being suitable for hen parties and celebrating special occasions offering party's in Pole, Burlesque, Cheer leading, Flash Dance, Grease, Dirty Dancing, Thriller - Any Theme we can do

Pole dancing classes were introduced to Northern Ireland by the Managing Director El when she opened her first studio back in 2005. El can be credited with being the first to introduce and teach the art of pole to the majority of Northern Ireland women now in the business.

Artisitc pole dancing lessons improve muscle tone, strength and flexibility whilst increasing your confidence by developing your sexy, sensual side!
The lessons will teach you pole work and sensual movements, incorporating cardiovascular strength and flexibility training.

Polercise L'Derry located at the newly refurbished 'Ilico studios' on Spencer road now boosts a state off the art facility catering for aerial fitness, pole, hoop & swings
