chair massage is a seated relaxation massage that is done in a specially designed chair right in your home or workplace. This amazing and very comfortable chair supports the body in a forward position and allows the massage practitioner to work on the tight, achy parts of the body…in the corporate setting usually the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands…but, we can also take care of the head and face, and the leg s and feet! Chair massage is done through clothing and requires no oils or lotions. It can be done in a standard chair or even a wheelchair. The techniques used are a combination of Eastern and Western practices – gentle Swedish massage of gliding and kneading to more deeper Shiatsu pressure therapy as well as hand and foot reflexology.
