Our goal at B Yoga is to introduce the spiritual and physical benefits of Yoga to our members and our community. B Yoga is partnering with Healthy Life Yoga of Midlothian who has been offering Yoga classes in the metro Richmond/Midlothian area since 2003. Our goal together is to offer the Chesterfield/Midlothian and surrounding area access to Yoga classes and community events that will aid you on your journey to improve your overall health while also teaching you to embrace the benefits of a peaceful mind.
B&G Collections is a small and family owned small business. Our soaps are carefully handcrafted, 100% vegan and made from scratch in small batches using the Cold Process Method. All of our products are 100% vegan (plant base) and paraben free. We scent and color our soaps with essential oils, fragrance oils, natural herbs, micas and natural clays colorants. No chemicals are added. The beneficial characteristics of each ingredient will provide a soap bar that leaves your skin clean, soft, moisturized and nourished.

After being involved in fitness for nine years, I became increasingly frustrated at the poor standards in the industry. In my experience, working in both large and small facilities, I realized that all too often sales numbers were more important than member results.
One day while sitting at one of these big box gyms, I asked myself if I would ever feel comfortable sending my mother (who does not exercise) to workout without me.
