Choose from a variety of yoga styles. If you like traditional hot yoga, try our Smart 60, Original 90, or NextLevel 90 classes. If you wish for some long, slow holds that will sink into your deeper connective tissues, take a Yin 75. And if you desire a sense of rest that's deeper than sleep, take a Yoga Nidra 60 guided meditation session.

A Fairytale Ballet, where dance and imagination live happily ever after. The Fairytale Ballet class for 18 months-5 years introduces ballet through beloved children's literature. Each class includes beautiful costumes and props. The AFB Academy program for ages 5-15 offers quality ballet instruction in a nurturing environment. Dancers participate in two stage performances each year.
