I do a range of classes from my studio on Green St., classes are kept to small numbers to ensure attention for each client. Classes are held both in the morning and evening. I teach all levels of Pilates and keep the classes varied while staying true to the movements of Joseph Pilates Mat work. For a great cardio session ZUMBA is on offer on Thursdays at 7:15, this dance inspired fitness class is great fun and a super workout!
