Dundee Strength Unit (D.S.U) will be a gym facility completely unique to Dundee.
We will capture the ‘old school’ approach to training, within a safe environment for people to train regularly.
There will be a focus on strength sports such as powerlifting, weightlifting, strongman and body building but not exclusively. The equipment provided within the gym will be specific for this type of training.
