This 6 class session is formated with the younger child in mind.With a strong focus on the basic fundamentals of martial arts, preparing them for Little Dragons Level 1.

Fun. but disciplined classes structured to develop physical skills necessary for Martial Arts such as coordination, balance and proper form for basics. Classes develop life skills such as discipline, respect, focus, concentration and social skills.
