Flora & Engesser Training House is a new and premier training house located on John's Island, SC. The House is home to Angel Oak CrossFit, barbell club, GroupFit, and personal/sport training.
Co-owners Megan and James bring a combined 12+ years of functional fitness instruction; sports team training/coaching; and personal training experience.

$50 a month with a 6 month commitment
$75 a month for couples with a 6 month commitment
We love out of town guest so we offer a $10 drop in rate.
Group pricing is available.
