Element Five Aerial Yoga was founded in 2009 by Hayley Macmillan-Ord. She has since taught thousands of participants of all ages and abilities to invert in this exhilarating and fun practice. Aerial Yoga combines fun acrobatic arts with inverted asana poses. It is a safe and accessible practice to help decompress, lengthen and safely align the spine which in turn helps create more mobility in the body.

Nosara Paddlesurf is a SUP Surf coaching company. We offer a weeklong SUP Surf camp in Nosara, Costa Rica. Our SUP coaching program is designed for all levels and includes fundamental surf skill training, on the water coaching, theory lessons and video feedback. Our market includes both SUP enthusiasts keen to surf waves and improve their surfing as well as SUP athletes serious about taking their SUP surfing to the next level.
