Kids will be offered the opportunity to learn multiple styles of dance (ballet, contemporary, jazz, acro, hip hop). A focus will be placed on the development of a lifestyle of fitness and the importance of complete health. Adult fitness classes will be conducted for those who want to incorporate exercise into their lives in a fun setting.
