I will be teaching a Yoga, known as Dynamic Flow Yoga because of the smooth way the poses run together. The breath becomes an important component as you will learn to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or exhale. Practicing this style of yoga will strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and bring overall balance and health to the body.

Originally from Germany I moved to Australia in 2004 to become an educator. This all changed after finishing my Cert IV in Bowen Therapy in 2013. I opened my clinic Violet Flame Wellness in February 2014. In February 2015 I finished the Diploma of Specialised Bowen Therapy.
